Let's Stay Connected
For years, I struggled with my weight, my confidence, and my ability to stay consistent. I kept starting over—wanting change, but not fully committing to myself.
After my divorce, something shifted. I stopped approaching fitness halfway and began choosing strength, discipline, and clarity. Then I lost my father to substance abuse, and that loss changed me. It forced me to confront how fragile life is—and how important it is to take care of your body, your mind, and your time.
Fitness became healing for me—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Alongside that journey, I stayed connected to my first love: doing hair. I started braiding at 12, and to me, hair has always been about confidence, care, and connection. What began as my own transformation became a calling. Today, I’ve helped over 150 men and women commit to themselves—building strength, confidence, and discipline without shortcuts. Above all, I’m a proud mom to Marcus. Everything I build is rooted in faith, resilience, and legacy.
